The Leatherstocking Ballet, Inc. is a non-profit regional dance company whose focus is to provide perfomance opportunities to all children ages 5 to 18 of the Mohawk Valley. These children are included in two performnces per year including the Nutcracker in December and an annual spring performance.

Robert Johnson was born in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and began his training with The Atlantic Contemporary Ballet Theater Academy shortly after joining the company. He then went on to train under full scholarship with The Rock School of Pennsylvania Ballet, later dancing works with the company. He then moved to New York to train under Scholarship with the Joffrey Ballet School, shortly after tourning with the ensemble. Robert is now a guest artist with many classical and contemporary companies across the states, and abroad. Some of his favorite roles include: Franz in Coppella; Cavalier and Snow King in The Nutcracker; Solar in La Bayadere; and Theme, and Variations. He is 5'9" and lives in New York City. Robert is represented through Dmanagement dance agency.
